We start at the beginning.

Who are you and what do you want your business to accomplish? If you aren’t sure of the answer to either of those questions, then I help you establish your brand, your business’s identity.

I’ll ask tough questions:

  • Who do you think are your customers or clients?
  • Do you want your client base to stay local or go national, even global?
  • Why are you better than your competitors?
  • How do you define success for your business?

If you don’t know the answers, we’ll figure them out together.

Once we’ve worked through these questions and established your identity, I’ll determine what tools will help you accomplish your goals and create a custom plan with specific projects for you to choose from:

  • Identity (e.g., logo)
  • Website
  • Email marketing
  • Newsletter
  • White paper
  • Social media
  • Advertising

Each plan is designed for you and your needs. After I’ve completed the plan, it’s yours to keep, regardless of whether you decide to continue working with Britt Raybould Consulting.

Since, there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan, my recommendations vary from client to client. For your business and goals, setting up a website and sending out a quarterly newsletter may be the perfect solution, but social media might not fit your customer base. However, that doesn’t mean that your needs won’t change, so we’ll lay the groundwork for future projects.
