who is britt
Short answer: I’m a writer with big ideas
Longer answer: I help small businesses discover their real identities and tell their stories through my firm Britt Raybould Consulting. Because at the heart of memorable marketing lies a good story, otherwise, we wouldn’t pay attention for very long.
so what’s my story?
I grew up the daughter of a farmer. I saw firsthand the challenges of being a small business owner. After seven years in corporate marketing, I decided it was time to help the people I really wanted to see succeed: small business owners.
Two years into this experiment, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a range of small business owners and helping them capture their stories. Even more exciting, I’ve shown these small businesses the “megaphones”—websites, blogs, white papers, newsletters, advertising, and social media—that can broadcast their stories.
The best part? Everything I do is custom. I challenge myself to create a strategy that’s specific to a client’s business, region, and goals. Regardless of how many projects they decide to pursue with my firm, they own that strategy. For me, I’m only a success if my clients are too.
In addition to the blog on this site, I also publish Bold Words, a blog that analyzes the words and concepts people use to describe their bold ideas, both new and old.
